We had a nice weekend at this hotel. the breakfast was very good with a great selection of food. the location is incredible and perfect for the airports.

The breakfast was exceptionally good at the venue and the food was great. The location turned out to be unbeatable, right by Gallagher Convention Centre, Midrand railway station, and the airports. Ate at Anjalai's Durban Curries, it's at a short distance from the venue. It was surely a lovely stay for a quick business trip.

Fantastic and extremely spacious rooms with separate bathrooms and coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware. Location near an irish pub, Gallagher Estate and bedfordview.

The personnel is friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. the atmosphere is elegant. - the breakfast is exceptionally good. - the location is magnificent. - It offers excellent services. - Free parking is provided.

Cleaning staff wake us at 8:00 for departure, even though departure is only at 11:00

The breakfast here is reasonably good with appetizing food, the room is pretty nice, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom is clean.

It offers a homely environment, excellent clean facilities. Very convinient, close to e main airport, malls. Most definately enjoyed my stay, however the staff where unfriendly, one thing that will deter me frm going back, the staff.

The cleanliness of the Hotel. The staff always smiling. No disturbance. The service we get was excellent. When you ask something from the staff they advise with a smile. Everrything was excellent, its nice place to stay.

Absolutely nothing

This place offers brand-new fantastic rooms with freezers.

When attending a function at Gallagher Estate or doing business in Midrand it is very conveniently located. There are a few restaurants at the small shopping centre next door. The hotel is clean and functional.

The staff are unprepared for abnormal events, like getting people out of the lifts when they stop working.

Rooms were well equipped and overall impression organised.

Lift needs attentiion as crushed my hand on exit. Signage from greater roads very poor and needs clarity please.

The hotel was wonderful and clean. the location was marvelous and awesome, near the metro. I had appetizing food for breakfast at the venue. Appreciated the room with a double bed; my bed was exceptionally comfortable. the place had an elegant atmosphere. the service was nice, including an early check-in.

I was greeted with such warmth and a great smile. During breakfast i was serviced and greated and on check out same fantastic service. I also slept like a baby after a long hard day.
